MEET OLIVIA HEMPSTEAD
Olivia Hempstead is the founder of Luna Alchemy, a sacred nurturing space created for beings to journey inwards to discover their healer within. Olivia is a Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer and Nutritionist. Through her own healing journey and after many years of trainings, teaching and being a student in a variety of different areas in holistic wellness Olivia knew her purpose was to hold space to help others journey inwards to find a true sense of equilibrium and empowerment within their mind, body and soul.
Inspired by the Luna moths symbolism of rebirth, regeneration, and renewal Luna Alchemy is a space that provides spiritual guidance through transformation to a new self. Olivia believes that having both a healthy mind and body are deeply connected and helping others find this place of balance, harmony and overall wellness within their lives is of great importance to her.
Olivia has spent many years abroad deepening her knowledge and connecting with many different teachers in many different lands. She decided to follow a deep calling last year and returned back to her home in London. Dedicating time to planting seeds to allow a beautiful community to grow around her and her offerings. Olivia works seasonally and with the Moon Cycle where she provides gatherings for all to come connect to journey and heal as a collective.
The ethos of Luna Alchemy is to support, empower and ultimately inspire one another to live the best life we can. By guiding a variety of practices with students Olivia knows how to help one feel safe and grounded in what can sometimes be a vulnerable experience. The purity and strength Olivia has found through guiding and being a channel for others to heal truly inspired and awakened her soul to the change we can make to ourselves and society as a whole simply by elevating our state of relaxation and gratitude. By always remembering to honour our shadows and allowing them the space to breath we can then create space within for our light to shine through once more.
FULL MOON GATHERING
Join Olivia founder of Luna Alchemy for one of her very intimate Full Moon gatherings. Space shall be held leading you into a Ceremonial circle honouring the power of the Full Moon by taking time to acknowledge and release all that no longer serves us. This is a time to cleanse our lives, and make space for everything we would like to manifest. We shall then gather to journey through a full moon meditation with Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowls.
Made of the highest quality(99.992% pure) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centres (chakras) for healing, balancing & meditation.
You do not need to have any experience or knowledge of the Full Moon to truly feel and see the beauty that can unravel in this gathering. This is a chance to connect not only with others but to go inwards and connect with your full potential.
