Where CCT will be travelling to in 2019

We survived the holidays and are fully ready to dive into 2019! Our intentions are set, we’ve locked in our resolutions and we are excited to see where this year takes us!

When planning our future endeavours, we always take time to research new and exciting possibilities. We believe it is impeccable to understand a location before traveling there. How do the people live, what is the cuisine, are there local customs to be aware of, what has influenced them in the past and where are they heading in the future? CCT wants to better each and every destination we travel to, while avoiding places where our presence doesn’t promote positive change.

It is important to consider your impact. Are you contributing to the local community, environment and making a difference while broadening your perception of the world? Think about it. Traveling should be more than just taking a picture or gaining bragging rights, it is what connects us on a global scale while directly feeding our souls with abundance.

We have the potential to achieve so much! With our global tribe and expanding network, we plan to contribute all we can to the positive change we’d like to see in the world. By joining our tribe, you’re committing to doing good and feeling just as great in the process.

Namibia

Namibia remains one of the most untapped and undiscovered destinations in Africa. The locals make you feel like you’re family, the staggering scenery allows you to escape reality and the rich diverse culture creates great opportunity for deeper connections. We believe there is a lot of positivity and growth we can bring to the local communities and tribes. With the San and Himba tribes being one of the worlds last remaining hunter-gathers. Teamed with Namibia being the perfect backdrop for astrological discovery and an ever growing destination for Astrotourism. That fiery night sky with indescribable constellations, make it a picturesque spot to lay your head at night. Namibia has been at the top of our bucket list, but we wanted to ensure that we gave it the time and respect it deserved to truly explore everything that this breathtaking landscape has to offer.

Panama

Panama is one of the few places you can truly feel like you’ve emerged into another world. The region has just as much awe inspiring beauty in its natural resources as its South American neighbours. What’s special about Panama is the laid back vibe that seems to encompass your mind body and soul and make it possible to disconnect from everything so you can reconnect to yourself.

Norway

We have meditated and manifested for the whimsical, unconventional, and extraordinary destination experience to find us. Our voices have been heard and our paths have been chosen. We are so excited to be traveling to the enchanting fjord filled Norway.

Montenegro

The question is not why are we going to Montenegro. The question is why has it taken us so long to pick this perfect picturesque place. Mountain views and seaside ports that make you feel like you’ve jumped through a Van Gogh painting will ground you through nature and find a connection back to yourself. It’s the perfect place to find both your inner zen and live out your adrenaline thrill with all the outdoor activities offered, not to mention their focus in elevated gastronomy.

Aland Islands

We’re packing our bags and heading to the spot with the most sun in all of northern Europe. Off the coast of Finland is where you’ll find spotless white sand beaches that stretch for miles and a green scenery that would catch the heart of any outdoor seeking adventurer, making it one of the top ecotourism destinations to visit.

Ponza Italy

Italy has captured our heart and soul. Two of our tribe met while studying abroad there years back and have not been able to get the place, people, or food off their mind ever since. While the likes of Florence or Rome is a weekend getaway anyone would jump at, we’re all about taking the off the beaten path to unlock untapped gems. Ponza is Italy’s best kept secret, and we’re going to bring you all our tips and tricks for how to make this dream your reality for 2019. While this isn’t our first time to Ponza, we always find an excuse to return to the place that the Italian Jetset escape to during their summer getaways.

Peru

Peru has recently become a hot spot for those wishing to further venture down the path of spiritual enlightenment. Although more people are starting to visit, much of the country’s natural surroundings and vibrant culture remains authentic and the ideal place to immerse our souls in. Teamed with Peru having one of the world’s strongest and most innovative gastronomical scenes.

Baku Azerbaijan

Never have East and West married so well together to give us the city that is Baku. A constantly changing and emerging destination with new restaurants, boutiques and parks gives us the perfect blend of contemporary and creative. Baku is evolving rapidly and we want to get there while it’s charm still remains.

India

India is the land of endless discoveries. No matter how many times we visit, we never feel like we have scraped the surface. But this time around we are setting up shop in India and calling it home for a few months to do a real deep dive of all the rich cultural nuances. We plan on diving in and unlocking some of the best kept secrets while expanding our own knowledge of the Ayurvedic methods to further enhance our own retreats and personal understanding of the holistic community.

Belize & Yucatan

Centuries of history preserved and packed into aging moss-covered layers of brick. Belize & Yucatan are home to some of the world’s oldest ruins. With endless jungles and blue oceans to explore this is a perfect destination for history buffs, architects and beach bums alike.

São Tomé and Príncipe

The second smallest country of Africa might perhaps be the most underrated and overlooked destination in tourism. The two Islands have more historical significance than other countries combined. Due to it’s placement on a volcanic chain, this small Island is home to a diverse environment and ecosystem. Making São Tomé and Príncipe the perfect destination to connect with yourself by connecting with the earth.

Mustique

Once called the “glamorous Island” this is a relaxing destination filled with pristine beaches and hills you can explore by horseback. Meet us under the water where we’ll be exploring the beautiful deep by scuba! But there is so much more to Mustique than meets the eye and we can’t wait to share our discoveries with you.

This is what 2019 looks like for us. The following destinations were curated because we see ourselves having the potential to make a meaningful and lasting impact there. We choose locations where our tourism can benefit the community, people and environment. These less discovered places will blow you away with how pristine and untouched the land and cultures are. Feeling like a local in a place that’s barely been touched by outside influence is like nothing you can imagine.
