MEET THE MASTER: CHEF PAULE-ODILE BEKE
She grew up in a world studded with spices and aromas alongside her father, a chef who received the Maître Rôtisseur de La Confrérie de la chaîne des rôtisseurs Award, and her mother, who is passionate about pastry and cooking. Walking in the footsteps of her parents, Chef combines several personal ingredients in the kitchen that support her in integrating a little bit of her story and journey which she shares between France and Ivory Coast. Her desire to decompartmentalise the gastronomy, teamed with her nomadic journey having led her to appreciate the various cuisines of Israel, Ivory Coast, Belgium, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom, France and so much more
Afro-fusion cuisine marries her incredible and expansive journey, allowing her to combine ingredients and techniques with various influences. With the foundation of the plate being deeply steeped in the Sub-Saharan. Very often, Western influences are the finishing touch of her dishes.
It was in 2012 that she became an itinerant chef to share her expertise with all the gourmands and gourmets, passionate or simple amateurs, curious or connoisseurs.
To make your taste buds travel and to surprise you, the culinary art she practices is without borders.
