Foraging and Wildcrafting Spring Greens
Foraging and Wildcrafting Spring Greens
This session will start with Samantha Lee’s signature tea meditation. Once we are all grounded, we will jump into a brief overview on how to forage and wildcraft safely and sustainably. We will then go through multiple spring greens found all over the world. We will take a look at how to identify these plants, how to harvest them, their benefits, and how to prepare them once we have taken them home. When will you get to start practicing what you learn? Right away! The plants we will be talking about are growing as we speak.

SESSION PHILOSOPHY
To truly nourish our health and wellness we need to take a holistic approach. This includes the food we eat, our daily movement, our stress levels, and our quality of sleep. As a herbalist I feel somewhat inclined to add some herbs sprinkled on top of this. I believe the closer we work with nature, the more it nourishes our souls. I love working with herbs I buy from trusted suppliers, but going out into nature and foraging for these plants takes this experience to a new level. I want to share this experience with you. Come to this session with your favourite cup of tea and to get excited to learn how to connect and work with plants and nature.
