MEET KATHERINE HAYSBERT

Certified Nutrition Consultant, Certified Natural Chef + Integrative Energy Healer

Katherine Haysbert is a multidisciplinary wellness consultant committed to empowering individuals to reconnect with their health and prioritize their wellbeing. Katherine is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Certified Natural Chef, and Integrative Energy Healer. Using her expertise in various modalities to find the root causes of common issues that the modern individual struggles with, such as hormone imbalance, gut health, low energy, and anxiety. Katherine marries the science of nutrition, food, and energetic healing to help others step into the healthiest, most authentic, and whole version of themselves possible.

Katherine earned her BA from the University of California, Berkeley, her nutrition and culinary certifications through Bauman College in Berkeley, California, and trained as an Energy Healer with Millana Snow in Los Angeles, California. As a current Nutritionist, Chef, and Integrative Energy Healer, she has led workshops and educated audiences within a diverse list of companies that include Nike, EA Sports, EO Products, Wellness in the Schools, The Assembly SF, Kola Goodies, Cooking ‘Round the World, Clariness. co, and Luminous Minds LA.

 

The Foundations of Gut Health and Seasonal Eating

In this group session, Katherine will discuss and explore the importance of the gut and its influence on mental health and the immune system. This session will include introductory information about the gut, and suggested lifestyle and nutrition tools for holistic wellness. Following this discussion, the group will create a seasonal salad together, and will discuss the benefits of seasonal eating.

What will happen during the offering?

A presentation on the gut and gut microbiome, as well as a collaborative cooking demonstration on a delicious seasonal summer salad.

Who is this session for?

This session is for those who would like to learn about the gut and gut microbiome, and the fundamental tools to support it. As well as the benefits of seasonal eating.

What will be achieved?

Knowledge of the fundamentals of the gut, tools to support digestive wellness, immunity, and mental wellness. Additionally, adopting a new recipe that supports both eating seasonally as well as supporting beneficial gut bacteria.
