Yoga Trainer + Body Guide
As a certified yoga instructor and producer, Alba Avella is coming off a decade of industry experience working in Denver and across the globe. She brings a strong background in power, vinyasa flow, and creative expression through movement. Her passion for yoga is rooted in Karma, the belief that what we do on the mat is just as important as what we do when we’re off. In late 2020, Alba relocated to Tulum, Mexico. to live her dream of opening a yoga studio in the heart of the Maya Riviera. Denver will always be Alba’s home, and she continues to host workshops and training’s back in Colorado throughout the year.

This delicious 90 minute offering will see you gain a deeper understanding of our Divine Feminine and Shakti and the importance of harnessing and awakening this source. Alba will then guide you through a Shakti awakening meditation and short breathwork exercise. Which will support in grounding you in addition to setting your intention for not only this offering but your journey as a whole. Before you delve into a delicious Shakti awakening yoga class created around embodying the Divine Feminine through movement. The offering will close with a safe space to share in your experience, Q&A in addition to Alba offering some next steps on how to continue the practice of bringing the Divine Feminine into life off the mat.

Meditation, Breathwork, and Movement. Guiding you to connect to your Divine Feminine energy. Learning ways to embody and awaken Shakti off the mat and in your day to day lives.

What will be achieved?
Awakening your Shakti, your creative energy, allowing her to come to the surface in order to create the life we want. By focusing on our breath, movement, and the Divine Feminine energy, we begin to light the spark of Shakti within. We start to tap into what we truly want out of this life and how to create it.
SESSION PHILOSOPHY
We are at a crucial point in time right now. We have all been through so much uncertainty and grief the past year. Now more than ever we need to heal. Now more than ever we need an awakening. We believe that by tapping into our inner Shakti, we can begin to focus and create what we actually want our lives to look like moving forward. “Shakti” means power, energy, or dynamism. She is the Divine Feminine. Shakti is responsible for all creation. Through connecting to this creative source, we begin to see it show up in our lives outside of our practice. Embodying our own inner Goddess takes practice, but allowing yourself to see her in everything and everyone, because she IS in everything and everyone, we begin to flow with her Divine power, tapping into our own creative spirit. This allows us to utilise this creative energy to create whatever we want out of life.
